14. 18+ months work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment with 12+ months of Store Management responsibility.
15. Good understanding of Visual Merchandising, Inventory managemen. Strong training skills and team line up, degree in management.
16. Advanced analiticity to maximize store´s profitability. Effective communication skills. Goal and process orientated. Efficiency decision-making skills. Understanding store´s needs and acting accordingly. Time management.
