In this role you drive brand growth and customer expansion by translating global strategies into local plans and executing data‑driven marketing across channels. You’ll lead a Marketing discipline within the sales market, collaborating with global teams to align on guidelines while tailoring for local impact. The role focuses on growing the customer base, traffic, and conversions, and ensuring efficient investment in media, PR, and content. You’ll develop and coach a high‑performing team to deliver world‑class customer experiences in a fast‑paced, global fashion group.

Responsabilità
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
* Minimum 8-10 years of leadership experience in marketing, sales or customer functions
* Proven track record of customer‑centric results across brand, communications and media
* Strong experience with omni‑channel marketing approaches
