About The Role

We are looking for a
Business Development Manager
responsible for the
Dell
portfolio in TDSYNNEX Italy. The role involves translating Dell's growth plans internally to drive them in specific strategic segments, managing profitable market share, and executing the Business Unit strategy with expertise in
Data Center
and negotiation of large deals.
Responsibilities
Optimises results by driving sales from the vendor portfolio, including new vendor identification and onboarding.
Demonstrates a solid customer engagement strategy with multiple parties and levels that drives successful business outcomes.
Takes solution and service offerings to market, including TaaS.
Owns quarterly vendor business planning and execution.
Drives overall vendor management.
Creates customer unique selling propositions that protect margin integrity and promote long‐term, value‐based customer engagement.
Enables and helps sales teams win and grow share of wallet and market share.
Ensures ongoing use of CRM tools to maintain best‐in‐class business continuity.
Has full knowledge of the assigned vendor's product and service line.
Develops tailored customer value propositions based on a clear understanding of business requirements.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in the IT industry at a business‐development level, ideally from a sales or product‐marketing background.
Good knowledge of data center.
Strong emotional intelligence, influence, and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Skilled at multi‐level relationship building.
High energy and motivation.
Strong orientation toward services and solution selling.
Strategic planning and business case development capabilities.
