From Day 1 you are empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity. /ppAs Business Development Manager IIoT Cybersecurity Networking your mission will be to support and drive profitable sales growth of the Cybersecurity and Networking portfolio. This includes, but not limited to, the ability to : proactively plan, create demand, influence specifications, target penetrate accounts, drive promotional activities, work and sell collaboratively, create budget proposals, own and manage efficiently the opportunity pipeline, perform customers presentations, as well as handle numerous other business development and sales related activities. /ppbSome of the main activities will be : /b /pulliDevelop strategic concepts and engage in technological business development to expand new markets and engage new customers /liliDefinition of market strategy and identification of business opportunities through Solutions Partners and Top Customers in Italy /liliScale up the business Growth, with "End to End" customer approach, to define and drive early engagement on large and strategic projects, expanding the Italian market /liliFunctional reporting line to Digital connectivity Headquarter for the quarterly business reviews and forecast, to drive Sales initiatives and strategies, collaborating with the global team /liliTo be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have /liliProven experience in business development or sales experience in cyber security and networking for operational and information technology environments in Italy /liliKnowledge of Utilities, Electric power, WWW markets and top companies considered as a plus /liliEducation background in engineering, Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in : telecommunication, information technology, electronic /liliExperience working with clients at executive and information technology level /liliExcellent capability to identify business opportunities and drive them to the closing /liliEffective collaboration in networks across businesses and functions /liliPassion to never-stop growing /liliWillingness to travel in Italy /liliRespect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge /liliProficiency in English and Italian /liliEligibility to work in Italy /liliWhat we offer /liliFlexibility : trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven by results,; hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personal computer and smartphone; wi-fi connection reimbursement. /liliWelfare : flexible welfare programs and health insurance extendable to your family; professional and extraprofessional accident insurance; free on-site lunch options. /liliNever stop growing : plenty opportunities for continuous and individual learning journeys /liliAn inclusive team culture where you can be yourself /liliJoin us and be yourself.
