For its HQ in Zola Predosa (Bologna), GVS is looking for a Sales Area Manager Medtech, reporting to Medtech Division Sales Director EMEAI. The candidate will support the growth of the Italian, Spanish and Portuguese business together with the Regional Medtech Sales team. Core activities: Develop and cultivate productive long-term relationships with customers. Understand customer’s needs and develop customized solutions Identify new opportunities to build profitable market share and sustainable competitive advantage while creating value for new and existing customers. Develop and implement the commercial strategy able to reach the annual targets Create monthly reports & weekly MOM for customers visit. Provide business analysis including data trends, customer retention and funnel success. Apply knowledge of business climate, market dynamics and trends as well as market potential to develop/implement
