This is a highly autonomous role where you'll take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring each property is perfectly prepared and every guest experience runs smoothly.You'll work independently while being supported by a central HQ team that provides tools, processes, and backup when needed.What You'll DoOperations Management
Oversee daily operations for vacation homes in your areaCoordinate cleanings, maintenance, and inspectionsEnsure properties consistently meet BAYA's quality standards
Logistics & Coordination
Supervise cleanings, repairs, and restocking (welcome kits, supplies, light bulbs, etc.)Ensure access systems are functioning and check-ins/check-outs run smoothly
Quality Control
Perform regular property inspections for cleanliness, safety, and amenitiesGuarantee a consistent, high-quality guest experience
Problem Solving
Handle unexpected issues (repairs, guest requests, last‐minute needs) quickly and professionally
Guest Readiness
Make sure each property is always welcoming and guest‐ready, down to the smallest detailLeverage your local network to recommend and coordinate with service providersShare insights with the central team and property owners
What We are Looking ForVacation Rental Experience
You've managed at least one vacation rental or have hands‐on experience in short‐term rentals or hospitality.You thrive in a freelance setup and take full ownership of your responsibilities.
Local Expertise
Strong knowledge of the Cagliari area, with the ability to navigate logistics and source reliable local vendors.Organized & Detail‐OrientedYou're great at juggling schedules, tasks, and priorities without dropping the ball.Calm, practical, and resourceful when challenges arise.Clear and professional when coordinating with guests, owners, and teams. Comfortable using digital tools.
