Role: Key Account Manager ICT Area: BU Technology & Lifecycle Solutions / ICT MISSION Key Account Manager with proven experience in sales and business development, responsible for the day-to-day management of a one or more partnerships within the Technology and Lifecycle Solutions Business Unit. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Examine the business model of the Partner and in collaboration with the managing director develop a clear and medium-term strategy - Employ a strategic leadership style to develop partnerships and promote sales growth with the dealer community - Act as a daily connection point for Partner management - Ensure that the reporting packs and monthly KPIs are reviewed and monitored with appropriate stakeholders - Define, in collaboration with the Partner, promotional campaigns, products, marketing tools and services for the dealer network and their customers - Manage and coordinate with all the Credit and Back-office functions to achieve the right levels of service towards customers and dealers SPECIFIC SKILLS - In-depth knowledge of the leasing market - Knowledge of the IT sector - Possible experience in the management of framework agreements and relations with vendors and dealers in view of Key Account management - Ability in direct relationship with external interlocutors (vendors and partners) and internal functions - Excellent predisposition to commercial negotiation - Ability to prepare business plans and to produce the required reporting - Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written PROFILE - Degree in economic matters - Dynamism, responsiveness and ability to anticipate the needs of the market - Strong customer orientation, in order to anticipate its needs - Stress management - Orientation to solving problems independently - Availability and ability to organize tasks according to priorities - Focus on results in the perspective of team work LI-HYBRID earlyprofessional Job ID 12355958
