Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build a relationship with our customers. Daily follow up phone calls and emails. Visiting a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc. Customer Relationship Development Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations Earning the trust of our customers Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Brainstorming and researching new customer opportunities Follow Sales Process Memorizing sales scripts and role-playing practice Documenting sales activities in CRM; tracking a client from lead to Sale and all the steps in between Reporting data accurately daily/weekly Planning and executing sales strategy for territory QUALIFICATIONS: Goal-oriented, self-starter, coachable/teachable, ambitious and energetic Strong record of closing new business, preferably B-2-B sales Enjoys working with other people Professional, caring and service-minded Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team Live in or near the Naples FL area ABOUT SURFACE EXPERTS Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider.
