PpThe Business Development Manager has the primary objective to create a pipeline of winning business opportunities, leveraging on SITAEL products and solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of the space ecosystem—both "Old Space" and "New Space"—and strong commercial instincts to translate Sitael capabilities into valuable services for end users. /ppbDepartment: /bCommercial /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDirectly interacts with clients and partners to define growth opportunities and campaigns, establishing trusted relationships and increasing the company network. /liliIdentify and develop business opportunities, also acting as campaign leader, following the bid and negotiation phase in support to the Bid department. /liliHas an engineering background to act as pre‑sales engineer, interacting with the technical team to support the customer chain in specifying their needs. /liliDevelops and maintains commercial relationships with new and established customers, contributing to the company pipeline to reach the Order Intake objectives. /liliFor SITAEL products, She/he is responsible of the sales aspects of the product roadmaps, in coordination with the commercial director, supporting the definition of market benchmark in terms of performance and price targets, also performing market intelligence. /liliRepresents the company in public events, conferences, and similar. /li /ulh3Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience /h3ulliMinimum 5 years of experience in the space industry. Experience in the electric propulsion domain is a plus. /liliSolid understanding of satellite systems and mission architecture in the different application domains.
