Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) Italy
Your responsibilities:
1. Strategic planning and implementation of all sales activities
2. Further build up the LEMKEN brand in the area and extend the business
3. Implementation of sales programs and monitoring of dealer stock
4. Actively organize individual demonstrations, field days, trade fairs and sales promotion activities
5. Motivate and expand an active dealer network for LEMKEN in the sales area
6. Daily support for dealers in selling and servicing LEMKEN products
7. Recognize market and innovation trends and work together closely with Marketing, Product Management and R&D at the headquarters in Germany
Your skills and qualifications:
8. Experience in a Sales, Service or Product Management position in agricultural equipment
9. Interest and knowledge of farming, agricultural machinery and dealer relations for the sales of agricultural machines in the sales area
10. Good technical understanding as well as high level of communication and intercultural skills, commitment and ability to work in a growing team
11. Experienced with Social-Media-Tools, MS Office and comfortable with new technology
12. Ready to travel frequently and upon seasonal needs
13. Fluent in Italian as well as good verbal and written communication skills in English or German
