What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives for the oncology portfolio by winning new accounts and expanding existing relationships
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan focused on early adopters and clinical accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, molecular pathologists, and key opinion leaders
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Channel Partners to identify opportunities and close sales
- Educate and support stakeholders with resources, commercialization plans, and impactful presentations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; MSc/PhD in Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field strongly preferred
- Proven track record in sales within the oncology field
- Strong technical knowledge of oncology workflows, including molecular biology, genomics, and NGS
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluency in Italian and English required
