To support this growth, we're looking for aCustomer Success Account with excellent English skills, a passion for technology, and a customer-centric mindset.
You will join our dynamic team and play a key role in building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.
We are seeking someone who isanalytical, data-driven, and tech-savvy, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage projects independently.
Motivation, creativity, initiative, and critical thinking are essential.
Step into the role
As aCustomer Success Accountat LetzFair, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, helping them unlock the full potential of our platform.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting clients in managing the platform (note: this is not a development role, no coding skills are required).
The role will involve working with numerous international clients from different countries, for whom English will be the main language of communication.
Managing the full client lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, while building and maintaining strong relationships with high-profile stakeholders.
Ensuringclear communication and timely responsesto client requests and issues.
Collaboratingwith internal teams, especially product and development, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Contributing to thedesign and implementation of strategiesto enhance the customer experience and optimize internal processes.
Creating and managing regular reports and analysesto support the sales team in developing and optimizing strategies.
What makes a great fit
At least3 years of experiencein roles requiring strong digital hard and soft skills.
Proficiency withProject Management tools(e.g., Asana, Trello).
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills,with the ability to build trust and manage professional relationships effectively.
Strong familiarity with digital platforms, SaaS tools, and emerging technologies (AI, apps, algorithms).
A plus: proficiency in Spanish, German, or another European language, and interest/experience in the events industry.
Availability towork full time at our offices in Reggio Emilia.

Compensation: Annual gross salary range €27,000 - €35,000, with individual OTE (on target earnings) and company performance bonuses.
