In this role, you drive technical sales within the automotive electronics segment, building strategic customer and supplier relationships and translating technical needs into Arrow opportunities. You will work with cross-functional teams to grow market share and develop new business within an assigned base. You’ll stay current on product lines through supplier trainings and contribute to Arrow’s global growth with innovative tech solutions. This is a hands‑on, relationship‑focused position in a multicultural, technology‑driven environment.

Responsabilità
* 5+ years of experience in electronics, automotive industry preferred
* Degree in electronics studies
* Proven ability to sell, influence, and negotiate
* Strong relationship‑building skills across all customer and supplier levels
* Fluency in Italian and English
* Electronic component knowledge (Semiconductors and IP&E)
* Driver's license
