Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound sales calls and assist customers with inquiries
* Offer personalized solutions to meet customer needs and drive conversions
* Provide exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets
* Guide potential customers through the purchasing process, ensuring satisfaction
* Work closely with the team to optimize sales strategies
Requirements
* Fluent Italian (C2) and good English (B2)
* Experience in sales, customer service, or inbound sales (outbound experience is a plus)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with targets
* EU citizenship or valid work visa for Portugal
* Willingness to relocate to Lisbon
