We aim to become the most trusted PV company through continuous innovation and excellent management. /p h3About the Role /h3 pThe role involves analyzing the Italian market landscape and developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to expand the company’s business presence in the region. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze the Italian market landscape and develop and execute sales and marketing strategies. /li liLeverage personal networks to expand the company’s business presence in the region, identifying, evaluating, and negotiating distributed and utility-scale projects. /li liManage key accounts in the region, negotiate module sales, and achieve annual sales targets. /li liEstablish partnerships with developers, EPC companies, and any other entities that can contribute to project pipelines. /li liCollaborate with team members to develop and continuously manage project forecasts. /li liSubmit regular business reports. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or above in Photovoltaics, Electrical Engineering, or related field. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in PV module sales or key account management preferred. /li liProven success in module or utility-scale project sales. /li liFluent in English, capable of using it as a working language. /li liIn-depth understanding of energy systems, including proper application of basic components and standard installation methods. /li liWillingness to travel domestically and internationally at short notice. /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical systems. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liStrong interpersonal and communication skills. /li liAbility to clearly explain complex technical systems. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liExperience in PV module sales or key account management. /li liIn-depth understanding of energy systems. /li /ul h3Pay range and compensation package /h3 pCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications. /p h3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 pWe are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
