The ideal candidate will oversee Client relationship management, business development, and ensure the effective delivery of engineering operations, meeting both Client satisfaction and business targets. Role Responsibilities : Manage relationships with operational Client personnel. Build and grow a substantial portfolio, driving revenues within the assigned account through the entire Opportunity Management cycle: Prospect, Evaluate, Propose, Close. Identify business opportunities, present concepts to clients, and influence additional business based on demonstrated capability and past performance. Conduct research, map the account and competitors, deliver client presentations, and lead estimation, proposals, and negotiations. Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to address any issues affecting project delivery for the client. Manage multiple projects for the client involving different delivery managers or resource units. Drive Go-to-market solutions to clients within the account scope, responsible for revenue generation from these solutions. Work with Solutions Leaders to develop customized solutions pitches and drive their delivery and revenue. Plan and govern client management processes: Plan, Sell, Deliver, Manage. Develop an account plan detailing relationships, opportunities, revenue targets, threats, and weaknesses. Make pricing decisions within the scope of the Master Services Agreement. Support pre-sales proposals for new business outside the current account scope. Contribute to future alliances with relevant product vendors. Create a sales plan prioritizing prospects, opportunities, and accounts based on organizational input. Drive service offerings and capabilities into the target account to grow revenue. Ensure profitable pricing and meet profitability targets. Work Experience & Skills 6 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or account management. Experience managing business worth $4-6 million is desirable. Knowledge of vertical-specific (account-related) and software development areas. Strong background in engineering services sales and business development. Experience in proposal creation, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering proposal presentations. Leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Experience managing complex, consultative sales processes. Proficiency in sales and executive management presentations. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with CRM software for campaign management. Experience working within a global delivery model with dispersed teams. Technical acumen with end-to-end sales, delivery, transition experience, and high-level solution provision.
