We are looking for a high-performing Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute the digital marketing strategy. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, where digital is not a support function but the engine of business growth.
You will lead a cross-functional digital team and collaborate with key stakeholders in marketing, sales, IT, and global teams.
The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with commercial sensibility, thrives in transformation contexts, and is driven by data, performance, and customer experience.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Technologies or related field
• 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven ownership of performance and lead generation

• Deep expertise in performance media, analytics, CRO, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation
• Highly analytical and comfortable with data-driven decision-making
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Willingness to travel within Italy when required
