To ensure sustainable growth of his/her brand(s), he/she will adapt the offer to market evolution, aligning it with customer needs and strategy of the Global Gnosis Portfolio. /ppThe candidate will manage one or several Active ingredient portfolio brands (K2 vitamin, Nutra botanicals, glutathione, folates, SAMe…). /ppHe/She will report to the Global Category Manager. /ppstrongMain missions /strong /pulliIs responsible for his/her brand portfolio profitability. /liliDevelop the 4P’s of his/her branded products. /liliBuild competitive intelligence around his/her branded products. /liliContribute to the definition of the Target Product Profile for in-market product development. /liliDefine the Ideal Customer profile(s) based on customers and consumers insights. /liliEstablish and manage the brand platform of his/her product in strong collaboration with the Category Manager, the communication Team, and the Operational Marketing team. /liliDefine the pricing guidance of his/her brand(s). /liliIdentify key levers of growth for his/her Branded Product(s) (Market access, application, formulation for his/her product). /liliEngage with customers and identify range extension opportunities. /liliManage his/her product portfolio. /liliSupport the Category Manager in building the Strategy for his/her in-market Branded product /liliCoordinate OPERATIONAL PLAN (cross-functional plan within the BU). /liliEstablish and drive the Product Performance Analysis of his/her brand(s) in strong collaboration with finance, customer experience team, Global Operational Marketing, and sales team. /liliPilot or contribute to profitability optimization projects for his/her Branded products. /liliEstablish the Launch Marketing package for new products coming from the Strategy and Innovation team. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
