Proficiency in sales strategy development, lead generation, and client relationship management Experience in team leadership and the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to analyze sales data and create actionable reports Organizational and time management skills to meet sales objectives consistently Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in sales management is a plus Flexibility to work both on-site in Ragusa and remotely as required Understanding of the agricultural or cooperative industry is a valued advantage
