Since 1991 HSD SpA Mechatronics designs and manufactures high-precision and technologically advanced components for milling, drilling and cutting on a wide range of materials: wood, aluminum, plastic, marble, glass and metal. HSD SpA has an international presence with four own branches in the main global markets in order to assure immediate and qualified support to the customer. Overview: The Area Manager is part of the Sales function, and will be integrated into the Commercial structure. At entry/mid level of experience, you will be responsible for the increase of market shales and turnover for both specific products and geographical area assigned - Europe - in line with the budget objectives. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams. Main responsilibilities: - Responsible for the order acquisition trend and sales volume increase - Maintain and establish relationships with current customers relationship and potential ones - Manage sales negotiation from proposals to sale contract's signature - Responsible for maintaining customer loyalty, identifying adaptable solutions to meet customers needs - Fill and monitor CRM system with leads and opportunities consistently and accurately - Plan visits to customers - Participation to marketing events - Work closely with Technical Area to define customized solutions according customers’ needs - Conduct market and benchmark analysis to identify new sales opportunities - Partner with Product Function to manage discounts requests during sales negotiations About you: - Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Electronical Engineering or Economics or technical diploma with work experience - 10 years of experience in technical sales roles - Previous experience in machine tool or component industry will an added advantage. - Good in written and spoken English mandatory, other languages are positively evaluated - Able to interpret KPI/economics data - CRM knowledge - Social media user of professional network platforms (i.e. LinkedIn) - Communication and negotiation skills - Teamworking and collaboration skills - Customer orientation - Empathy
