As Area Sales Manager for Veneto, you drive growth for Danfoss variable speed drives and related solutions in Eastern Lombardy and Veneto. You will build new relationships and expand the existing customer base in the industrial automation sector, aligning sales with the company’s strategic goals. You’ll lead sales planning, pipeline development, and partner management, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver competitive solutions. This role offers the chance to shape regional market expansion and contribute to the company’s growth in industrial automation.

* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory
* Drive and monitor sales activities across Eastern Lombardy and Veneto
* Define and execute sales strategies to meet budgets and targets
* Ensure forecast, margin, and customer satisfaction objectives are met with reporting and market intelligence
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (BD, Marketing, Technical Support) to propose solutions
* Manage service/spare parts quotations and pricing of components and products
Responsabilità
* Proven sales experience in the automation/industrial market
* Strong knowledge of electric drives and motors
* Familiarity with communication networks, security, and motion control
* Strong negotiation and organizational skills with goal orientation
* Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
* Experience in an international, mid‑sized company with structured processes
