Requirements Proven experience as a General Manager, Country Manager, or Sales Director in a B2B environment.Strong track record in sales leadership, business development, and team management.Excellent understanding of the Italian market and customer dynamics.Fluent in Italian and English.Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.Experience in managing P&L and driving profitability.
