Sales Area Manager Italy & Iberia - Medtech Division\nGVS Group is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of filter solutions for applications in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, Health & Safety, Transfusion Medicine and Energy & Mobility sectors.\nIn over 40 years of history, GVS has evolved from a supplier of components for the healthcare sector to a global Group that produces highly technological diversified filtration solutions.\nThe Group has always paid great attention to research, development and innovation of its products and processes and has shown a strong trend towards development in global markets since its foundation.\nIn addition to the corporate headquarters in Bologna, GVS currently has 20 plants located in Italy, United Kingdom, Brazil, United States, China, Mexico, Romania, and Puerto Rico, and 30 commercial offices located all over the world.\nGVS has always adopted a “glocal” approach: it operates locally in contact with its customers but relies on the strength of a global network.\nFor its HQ in Zola Predosa (Bologna), GVS is looking for a Sales Area Manager Medtech, reporting to Medtech Division Sales Director EMEAI.\nThe candidate will support the growth of the Italian, Spanish and Portuguese business together with the Regional Medtech Sales team.\nCore activities: Develop and cultivate productive long-term relationships with customers.\nUnderstand customer’s needs and develop customized solutions\nIdentify new opportunities to build profitable market share and sustainable competitive advantage while creating value for new and existing customers.\nDevelop and implement the commercial strategy able to reach the annual targets\nCreate monthly reports & weekly MOM for customers visit.\nProvide business analysis including data trends, customer retention and funnel success.\nApply knowledge of business climate, market dynamics and trends as well as market potential to develop/implement account plans that drive results.\nLeverage knowledge of competition to influence business plans.\nRequest to participate to sales events and organize monthly business trips Job Qualifications: Master’s Degree in engineering / economics / scientific fields.\nAt least 3-4 years of B-to-B Sales experience.\nKnowledge of business filtration and / or Medtech industry would be a strong plus.\nFluent knowledge of English and Italian languages. Spanish knowledge would be a plus.\nPrepared to travel up to 40-50% of the time. Skills and Attitudes: Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to use quantitative and qualitative information to identify and evaluate hypotheses and reach conclusions independently, to solve problems.\nSkill in teamwork and in an organizational context.\nAbility to deal with tasks and projects of different complexity at the same time.\nAutonomy and entrepreneurship.
