Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager from HQ in executing international projects, acting as the main interface between the company and European clients;
Track project progress for export equipment and coordinate with internal departments such as Engineering, Production, Quality, and Logistics to resolve issues in a timely manner;
Support the handling of technical clarifications, documentation exchange, customer feedback, and issue closure during overseas equipment delivery;
Participate in project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on customer comments and action items;
Track change management and variation order requests (VOR), participate VOR settlement and back-charge discussion meetings with clients;
Assist in maintaining long-term customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction;
Able to work under project-driven schedules and communication demands;
Qualifications
Valid residence in Italy with willingness to work in long term (tempo pieno Milan based, remote working is not acceptable for this role).
Native or professional-level English proficiency, capable of technical and business communication; basic Chinese communication skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical, Project Management, or related disciplines preferred.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering projects, or heavy equipment industry is a strong plus.
Prior experience working with well-known international EPC contractors is highly preferred. xlwpduy Strong cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with both Chinese and international teams.
