With a view to strengthening the IT department, reporting directly to the Global IT Infrastructure, Data & Technology Manager, as IT Integration Specialist you will lead and coordinate the implementation of system integrations across business units. You will manage integration projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure seamless data flow, and support ongoing system improvements. You will play a critical role in planning, executing, and managing IT integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulations.
Your Contribution :
* Lead the planning and execution of system and application integration projects;
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless data and process integration;
* Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including best practice and configuration;
* Manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring they meet contract terms and deliverables;
* Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows to ensure continuous performance and data accuracy;
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance integration efficiency and reduce operational risks;
* Ensure compliance with data security, privacy standards, and company policies;
* Experience with integration platforms such as WebMethods or MuleSoft, familiarity with API-led integration and microservices architecture, and knowledge of data transformation formats like XML and JSON;
* Good knowledge of MS Office 365 suite;
* Capable of working independently, organized and accurate with solid methodological skills and high attention to details;
* Fluent in Italian & good English skills both in speaking and writing;
