* Technical Sales Experience : At least five years of relevant work experience in technical sales, with a good network of contacts, either direct or indirect.
* Experience in Telecommunications Sector : Several years of sales experience in telecommunications / IoT domain, with a strong interest in the telecommunication and IoT sectors.
* Understanding of IoT Domain : Solid understanding of IoT solutions, especially connectivity, and in-depth knowledge of various IoT verticals and relevant clients.
* Passion for High-Growth : Enthusiasm for working with an experienced, motivated leadership team to build a high-growth company within a short timeframe.
* Technical Skills and Understanding : Ability to lead product demonstrations and discuss technical topics credibly.
* Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in customer acquisition.
* Language Skills : Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
* Communication Skills : Excellent communicator, open-minded, and a committed team player.
* Autonomous Work : Capable of working independently with a focus on targets and willing to travel frequently.

Your team

Join our Sales Team and play a proactive role in acquiring new customers in Italy! This position is 100% remote within Italy.

Your mission

* Define your sales strategy to gain new customers and increase market share in your assigned country.
* Develop accurate forecasts and execution plans.
* Collaborate with the international team to meet regional targets.

* Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure high satisfaction.

Three online meetings are planned :

* Initial meeting with the recruiter to discuss position details.
* Second meeting with the line manager for an in-depth discussion.
* Final meeting with the Senior Vice President.

Additional meetings may be added if necessary.
