Job Summary:
The Sales Executive Assistant (SEA) is responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the
Sales Executive by managing pipeline hygiene, follow-up, scheduling, CRM accuracy, and
sales execution support.
This role is not a closer, It is a leverage role designed to remove friction, protect selling time, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Elevate Teams is a fast-paced US recruitment company that helps independent insurance agencies across the US to grow their teams by providing them with pre-trained virtual assistants.
We support their back-office operations so they can better serve their customers and ultimately grow their agencies.
We provide our teammates (bilingual professionals in South America) with long-term, work-from-home placements with our clients as remote insurance assistants.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Execution:
Manage sales calendars, scheduling consultations, interviews and follow-ups
Review all daily and weekly agendas for the Sales Executive to ensure accuracy
Ensure all post-call follow-ups are sent within 24 hours
Coordinate candidate presentations, contracts, and onboarding handoffs
CRM & Pipeline Management (Zoho CRM)
Maintain accurate CRM records for all leads and deals
Update deal stages, notes, tasks, and next steps after every interaction
Monitor pipeline health and flag stalled or at-risk deals
Ensure EOS scorecard metrics are up to date and meet all deadlines
Proposal & Documentation Support
Work with the marketing department to get customized proposals, pricing sheets, and decks
Track contract statuses, expirations and handle follow ups
Reporting & Metrics
Daily and weekly sales activity reports
Pipeline summaries for L10 meetings
Track appointments booked, held, and conversion rates
Track interviews had, closed and conversion rates
Report lead sources and look for patterns to duplicate
Cross-Team Coordination
Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns
Work closely with Client Success on gathering all data for Replacement VAs
Ensure smooth transitions from sale → placement
Track open action items and follow-ups
Requirements:
Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 level required)
3+ years supporting sales, executives, revenue teams or in account management role
PLUS:
Executive Assistant experience
Strong written and verbal communication
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Able to multi-task and prioritize urgent tasks that might come up last minute
Comfortable working in CRMs (Zoho preferred)
Fast-paced, execution-driven mindset
Familiarity with EOS/Traction is a plus
