SOLUTION ACCOUNT MANAGER - DISCRETE AND WAREHOUSING & LOGISTICS




Place: Italy

Type: Remote

Level: Mid-to-Senior



You will make an impact in the following way:



* Identifying opportunities to grow revenue with existing customers through robust account plans and cross-selling.
* Expanding Belden’s presence in the Discrete and Warehousing & Logistics sector by engaging directly with potential new customers and channel partners.
* Creating a comprehensive market landscape for the Discrete and Warehousing & Logistics vertical in Italy, highlighting areas of potential success for Belden.
* Developing and executing winning sales strategies, managing sales funnels, and achieving revenue targets.
* Collaborating with Customer Innovation Centers to deliver compelling, solution-based proposals that generate demand and win projects.



What you will bring:



* Educational background: Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience with a strong commercial focus.
* Professional experience: Proven track record in sales within the Discrete and Warehousing & Logistics sector, with specific expertise in data and network solutions.
* International exposure: Experience in a medium-to-large international organization, working in a matrix environment and with cross-functional teams.
* Agile mindset: Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and metric-driven environment.
* Language proficiency: Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
