We are currently looking for a Client Advisor Part Time 24H/weekly to join our team in Torino. /p h3Your Impact /h3 pThe Day-To-Day: /p ul liEnsure excellent customer service and maintain the quality standards required by the brand; /li liAct as a brand ambassador to the boutique's clientele; /li liWelcome, advise, and handle sales to local and international clients; /li liPresent the Stone Island universe by detailing its collections; /li liProvide personalized advice by meeting clients' expectations and requests; /li liManage after-sales service and ensure follow-up with clients; /li liEnsure the proper upkeep of the store from a Visual Merchandising perspective in accordance with company policy; Assist in the installation of window displays according to Stone Island standards and manage product rotations in the windows; /li liAcquire in-depth knowledge of all product categories and become a driving force for Visual Merchandising to actively contribute to business development. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious experience in sales roles in Fashion Retail/ Hospitality; or interest/study in Fashion related courses - Experience in Luxury and Contemporary Retail environment is a plus; /li liHas an understanding of the luxury sector, key performance indicators (KPIs), product sensitivity; /li liService-oriented, strong communication skills, team spirit, ability to work independently; /li liReliability, punctuality, flexibility; /li liPassion for retail, client service and the luxury fashion industry; /li liFluency and sophistication in Italian and English, another language is a plus; /li liDigitally aware and open to new ways of working; /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. /li /ul h3Our Shared Values /h3 pAt Stone Island we aren’t led by conventions or trends, but by our own compass.
