With the aim of strengthening our team, we are recruiting a Marketing Manager - Czech Republic and Slovakia. Fidia is looking for a Marketing Manager CZ/SK to lead local marketing activities across our Joint Care, Skin Care, Eye Care, and Health & Wellness portfolio. You will adapt HQ strategy to the Czech and Slovak markets, implement annual Marketing MBOs, and drive strong product positioning and market growth in close collaboration with commercial teams. Main Responsibilities: - Leading Marketing Team as defined in target organization on execution marketing activities locally - Marketing strategy comes from HQ, locally is implementation and sharing of local needs/regulations - Own and manage Joint Care, Skin Care, Eye Care and OTC brands, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging - Contributing to the plan at local level, including financial deliverables and cost center allocation - Adapting of local marketing materials, marketing projects (materials are coming from HQ) - Working closely with CM/Commercial Heads (Matrix organization) of each therapeutical area to meet the (financial) goals - Developing KOL/ Advisory board (in cooperation with commercial and medical (if applicable) - Analyzing the market (market dynamics) and defining actions together with CM/Commercial Heads - Work closely with Sales teams to ensure effective field force support (sales materials, campaigns, training) - Lead and execute marketing projects in alignment with Country Manager, Commercial, and medical teams to support local commercial strategy and drive value creation - Manage end‑to‑end marketing initiatives, including ROI evaluation and proactive adaptation of activities based on business needs - Analyze future product and therapeutic opportunities with Country Manager/Global Marketing and recommend local needs or improvements to Global Marketing materials Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a business‑related field, combined with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry - Preferred: advanced academic background in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related fields - Solid exposure to therapeutic areas relevant to the role - Significant job‑related experience demonstrating strong capability in marketing or commercial roles - Background in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or OTC sectors - Several years of operational marketing experience within healthcare industries - Demonstrated ability to grow, develop, and manage teams effectively - Proven history of surpassing business targets and delivering strong results - Excellent presentation, communication, and strategic thinking skills, paired with strong business acumen and leadership qualities - Fluency in English at an advanced level and fluency in Czech Our offer: - Open ended contract - Company Car according to Fidia Car Policy - Salary between CZK 1.152.000 - CZK 1.440.000 Fidia benefits: In Fidia you will have unlimited access to training and coaching programs aligned with market best practices and opportunities for professional development through participation in internal job posting processes and merit review programs. - Fidia Farmaceutici promotes parity and inclusion in all its actions._ - All company procedures are therefore drafted in compliance with the principles expressed in the previous point; any divergences should be promptly brought to the attention of the People & Culture Department._
