This role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization be involved in long‑term planning manage complex issues within functional area of expertise and contribute to the overall business strategy. /p pbIn this role you will be responsible for : /b /p ul liExpanding PVS products Service portfolio and lead initiatives to match the Business Objectives. /li liDriving profitable growth within the Channel Partner Portfolio including the ASC (Authorized Service Center) network in collaboration with IET Channels team and the Pumps Global Sales team. /li liProviding guidance and prioritization to Service Engineering Team and Global Sales team in the successful implementation of the various services growth initiatives including increasing Installed Base penetration upgrades digital services capabilities (i.e. iStore) training Program and other proactive services campaigns. /li liDriving the assessment of PVS Fleet status review the IBO model. /li liLead and accomplish initiatives to apply AI to Service needs (i.e. spare parts pricing stock volumes prediction). /li liCollaborating with Sourcing and Project Management to develop contractors and suppliers network to reduce Service lead times as needed. /li liProviding Leadership with data analysis and KPIs to measure Service business metrics established by the management. /li /ul pFuel your passion /p pTo be successful in this role you will have : /p ul libBachelors degree from an accredited university or college. /b /li li3-5 years exposure to Centrifugal Pumps and Valves Service products and customers is strongly desired. /li liStrong oral and written English language communication skills. /li /ul pbDesired Characteristics /b /p ul liHeightened sense of teamwork and accountability. /li liStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence communicate build consensus and lead cross‑functional teams at different levels of a matrix organization. /li liHardworking with a positive can‑do attitude and be willing and able to roll up your sleeves to get the goals accomplished. /li liAbility to work across time zones to support regional activity and flexibility to travel frequently as needed. /li /ul pbWork in a way that works for you /b /p pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
