Junior Sales Engineer – Industrial Division
REPORTING LINE
Reports to: Industrial Division Manager / Commercial Director and collaborates with: Technical Office, Engineering, Back-Office Sales, Service, Production and Logistics
ROLE MISSION
The Junior Sales Engineer supports the technical-commercial activities of the Mechanical Division, focusing on drivetrain, couplings, PTOs and mechanical powertrain solutions for industrial OEMs and System Integrators.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Qualify customer applications and technical requirements
- Prepare commercial quotations and basic technical estimates
- Manage parts of the sales cycle with senior supervision
- Coordinate with Engineering for technical alignment
- Support customer visits, tests and FAT activities
- Maintain CRM, pipeline and sales reporting
- Capture competitive insights and customer feedback for PM
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
- Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Engineering degree
- Basic knowledge of mechanical drivetrains and transmission systems
- Technical drawing literacy (interfaces, BOM, tolerances)
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

Pay: €25,516.31 - €41,707.21 per year
