Partnering on a Channel Marketing Executive role to support marketing campaigns and events across Italy. The role will be responsible for planning, designing, and producing both proprietary and third-party events in-person and online in Italy. You will maintain the annual events calendar, track budgets, and report event data regularly. Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and the wider marketing team, you will propose effective approaches for events within broader marketing campaigns and support the campaign marketing manager. This role will commence on 1st October.
In this role, you will:
* Work under the general direction of the marketing manager on channel marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives.
* Support channel marketing plans and lead smaller, less complex channel marketing initiatives.
* Maintain budgeting and forecasting for regular reporting.
* Assist the channel marketing manager with events as part of wider campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and target audiences.
* Maintain the annual events calendar, tracking budget and event data for reporting.
* Ensure event themes, topics, and venues align with the overall brand strategy.
* Attend events on-site, managing logistics and coordinating support staff for larger events.
* Promote events on digital platforms (website, social media) and analyze impact to refine targeting and registration strategies.
Skills and experience:
* Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
* Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience and training.
* Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Flexible with work hours and willing to travel as required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Cvent and Kaltura is a plus.
