We are looking for Marketing Manager Italy, the candidate will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy for the assigned brands, reporting to the Marketing Director and managing a team composed of 2 Brand Managers, 1 Junior Brand Manager and 2 Assistant Brand Managers. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the execution of go-to-market strategy of the assigned portfolio, working in close collaboration with all the international partners ensuring brand consistency and highlighting local needs; Manage the marketing plans and related touch points (ATL/BTL); Full Manage the marketing budget of the assigned brands; Coordinate consumer and trade activations, adapting global campaigns to local needs and retail environments; Manages Media planning and digital strategy with Media agency; Work in close collaboration with the trade marketing and sales team to ensure alignment and excellent execution; Monitor the performance of assigned brands: in-depth monitoring of market share, analysis of sales and ROI of key activities and investments.
