You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Sales, R&D, Marketing, Service and Global Markets, leading go‑to‑market strategies that compete in a fast-moving landscape shaped by CPOs, fleet operators, utilities, and public tenders.
Define and execute the global go‑to‑market strategy for our charging solutions (including high‑power use cases and regulated market requirements where relevant).
Ensure a cohesive positioning across the entire ecosystem, aligning AC + DC ranges and the platform layer into a single, compelling story for customers and partners.
Build differentiated value propositions for key segments: public charging, CPO networks, fleets/logistics, retail, fuel stations, destinations.
Create and maintain battlecards, competitor benchmarking, and win/loss insights, helping markets defend and win in competitive scenarios.
Own portfolio performance and identify whitespace opportunities (new power classes, architectures, features, services).
Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and collaborate with R&D to shape priorities and launch readiness.
Equip markets with high‑impact assets: pitch decks, use‑case stories, tender‑ready materials, value calculators, customer‑ready messaging.
Build strong relationships with key markets and strategic customers; gather actionable insights through regular country visits and cross‑functional workshops.
