This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of eCommerce best practices. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving sales growth and enhancing the customer online shopping experience, with experience in DACH markets. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liB2C Website Management: Maintain and update the eCommerce website, ensuring product listings, descriptions, and prices are accurate and up-to-date and focus on achieving the NTR results working on Conversion Rate Optimization. /li liSEO and Content Management: Optimize website content for search engines, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and content creation. /li liDigital Marketing: Collaborate with Media and CRM Teams providing active contribution evaluating digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, PPC, and display advertising. /li liAnalytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic patterns, conversion rates, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement. /li liInventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and manage stock levels for online sales. /li liCustomer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience by improving website usability, ensuring mobile optimization, and implementing best practices for UX / UI design. /li liPromotions and Sales: Execute online promotions, discounts, and sales events to drive customer engagement and revenue. /li liCollaboration: Work closely with the Markets, CRM, Brand, Human Channels and IT to ensure cohesive strategies and smooth operations. /li liStay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest eCommerce trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field. /p pbMandatory knowledge of the DACH market /b /p pStrong understanding of eCommerce platforms (Adobe Commerce is a plus) and CMS tools (Adobe Experience Manager is a plus) /p pbProficiency in SEO, SEM, and online advertising. /b /p pExperience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics is a plus) and data-driven decision-making. /p pCommunication and organizational skills. /p pAbility to work independently and as part of a team. /p pStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. /p pbFamiliarity with web design principles. /b /p pProficiency in English and possibly in German (which would be considered a strong plus). /p h3Experience /h3 p3–7 years of work experience in eCommerce strategy, digital marketing, or a related field, in a global company. /p pFamiliarity with the European market, especially with Dach regional eCommerce trends and practices. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
