Job Responsibilities :

* Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and secure work environment
* Monitor and control expenses, and manage budgets to optimize profitability
Requirements :
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Store Manager in the Retail industry
* Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
