🔍 ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, after an appropriate training and onboarding period, you will actively support the company’s Sales Director in the development of quotations and assist the entire sales team in the following activities:

• Management and development of technical and commercial quotations for air handling units through our AIRCALC++ selection software, with the objective of identifying the best technical and economic solutions to ensure mutual satisfaction for both the client and the company, leading to order finalization.
• Interface and active collaboration with clients, design firms, and the sales network to identify the most suitable solutions.
• Collaboration with the Technical Department once the quotation becomes an order, providing all the necessary project details.

Availability to undertake short-term national and international travel is required.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Technical background (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering preferred).
• 2–3 years of previous experience in the same role; experience in the UTA sector is a plus.
• Proficiency in the use of digital tools, Microsoft Excel, data analysis programs, and planning/scheduling software.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Excellent organizational and management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build solid and collaborative relationships.
• Proactive and open-minded professional with a strong team-oriented mindset, adopting a hands‑on, constructive, pragmatic, transparent, and ethical approach to developing structured and effective solutions. Excellent communication and summarizing skills, as well as empathy and flexibility.
