Conduct regular visits to customers, ensuring strong market coverage across Italy. Create, manage, and update customer data in the CRM/database system. Collect project information to support sales activities and analyze competitor data to adjust strategies. Participate in the development and implementation of regional sales plans to achieve sales targets. Lead or support commercial negotiations for key crane projects to secure regional business objectives. Support financing processes and follow up on payment collection when required. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; 3+ years of experience in sales of cranes, construction machinery, or lifting equipment. ~ Strong technical knowledge of cranes and lifting applications. ~ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. ~ Willingness to travel extensively across Italy. ~
