Commercial Internship - Key Account Manager Tenaris, leader worldwide in the energy sector, is offering an internship in Dalmine (Bergamo) of the duration of 6 months inside the Commercial Business Unit. The person will be included in the team of Global Accounts (KAM), structure responsible for being: - Define global strategy for 3 of the main global customers of Tenaris (Market scouting, Product improvement, Demand Planning, Profitability analysis) - Main point of contact with the customers headquarter (Milan, Paris, Madrid) - Daily interactions with all the Tenaris commercial offices worldwide - Chief negotiator for the renewal of long-term contracts and main support for any negotiation at regional level with local Business Units worldwide Main activities: - Direct involved in Demand Planning tool of one of Tenaris' top 3 clients (database updating in Excel, checking all the information with Tenaris tutor and/or directly with the customer) - Internal Coordinator for orders follow up worldwide of one of Tenaris' top 3 clients (collecting internal information from all Tenaris subsidiaries around the world, excel file consolidation and deliver the report every 15 days to the customer) - Active participation to all the monthly meeting with the customer’s followed (meetings can be in Video Conference in Dalmine and/or in Milan in client’s office) - Day by day support to the team in preparation of spot reporting activities (such as price analysis, offer preparation, order management, strategic power point presentation) Requirements: - At least Bachelor in Management Engineering or Economics - Fluent English level - Main Windows Office Software’s (Excel high knowledge recommended) - Curiosity, passion, attention to details, team working, good relational skills - High Interest in Negotiation - To have an overview of the main processes and routines that characterized a multinational company - To learn a work methodology finalized to support and drive managerial strategic decisions - To be part of an international environment with the possibility to improve professional interaction & communication skills - To meet customers personally in their offices in Italy - To start developing a strategic mentality in approaching customer & new markets - To increase significantly his/her ability of managing data (Internet, Excel, Power Point)
