This role involves managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the implementation of sales strategies. The Sales Specialist works closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth. /p h3Qualifications /h3 pbCustomer Management Sales Execution /b /p ul liManage and develop a portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term relationships and customer loyalty. /li liConduct regular follow-ups with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions. /li liPrepare and deliver customized sales presentations and product demonstrations. /li liNegotiate pricing, terms, and conditions in line with company policies. /li liEnsure timely and accurate processing of orders and contracts. /li /ul pbBusiness Development /b /p ul liIdentify new market opportunities and potential clients through research, networking, and participation in industry events. /li liCollaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and promotional campaigns. /li liAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly. /li /ul pbInternal Coordination /b /p ul liWork closely with the back office, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service. /li liProvide feedback to product development and quality teams based on customer input. /li liMaintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM tools. /li /ul pbReporting Performance Monitoring /b /p ul liMonitor sales performance against targets and prepare regular reports for management. /li liParticipate in internal meetings to align on goals, challenges, and opportunities. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and tools. /li /ul pbWork Environment /b /p ul liOffice-based with occasional travel to client sites, trade shows, or industry events. /li liCollaborative and cross-functional team setting. /li liPerformance evaluated based on sales targets, client satisfaction, and contribution to business growth. /li /ul pbAdditional Information /b /p pbRequired Skills Qualifications: /b /p ul liProven experience in B2B or B2C sales. /li liStrong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. /li liAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities. /li liProficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. /li liAnalytical mindset with attention to detail. /li liFluent in English; additional languages are a plus. /li liBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. /li /ul pReady to take your career to the next level and join us at the start of something extraordinary?
