DESCRIPTION

What You’ll Do

We are seeking a motivated sales individual who can sell our most complete all technology solutions portfolio in a license sales model. As we continue to help customers transition to Cloud, we ensure their needs for on-premise solutions are still covered.

You will manage accounts within complex organizations offering solutions from Database, Data Management (Analytics, Integration, etc.), Cybersecurity, Middleware, and other digital solutions. You will help your customers, who have growing data volumes and high service-level expectations, maximize their IT potential.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop infrastructure, database, middleware, BI, and big data license sales opportunities; maintain customer relationships in designated markets.
* Promote and evangelize Oracle products to customers, partners, and internal teams.
* Collaborate with partners to define, recommend, and drive sales.
* Develop and execute a sales plan for complete territory coverage.
* Create sales programs and solutions; stay updated on competitive information and regional success stories.
* Meet with senior customer contacts to build credibility and lasting relationships.
* Engage with Pre-Sales support for customer meetings to develop discussions.
* Lead go-to-market campaigns with internal marketing teams.
* Participate in account planning, customer analysis, and strategy sessions.
* Provide leadership and mentorship within the team; coordinate proposals with internal groups, always focusing on customer needs.

Required Skills and Experience

* 5-10 years of experience in direct software sales to large enterprises.
* Experience in the designated market vertical/customer segment.
* Strong understanding of IT customer needs and technical expertise to act as a trusted advisor.
* Proven sales record in technology products and services.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Creative problem-solving skills and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work well as part of a team.
* Knowledge of Oracle products is preferred but not required.
* Fluency in English.
* Self-motivated team player.

Additional Details

The role involves selling a subset of products or services directly or through partners to named accounts or within a geographical territory, primarily Tier 3 accounts. The primary responsibility is to sell technology software and related services, identify and qualify new opportunities, and manage accounts from prospecting through contract closure and post-sales support. Leverage the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue and market share, build partner revenue, and foster self-sufficiency.
