We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDeveloping proposals, negotiating with customers, and ensuring deals deliver shareholder value. /liliCompiling and submitting tender documentation as required. /liliHandling standardized products with predefined options. /liliContributing to predefined contracts and working within established pricing frameworks. /liliManaging targeted clients and supporting commercial engagement. /liliDiscussing sales approaches and strategy with your manager. /liliTraveling within Europe for approximately 25% of your working time. /liliBeing an Ambassador of Manufacturing function supporting on Talent attraction and growth (Internship, academies, collaboration w/ Schools or Universities) and being active on customer-oriented initiatives (i.e. shop tours). /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliEngineering degree from an accredited university or college. /liliFluency in English and French. /li /ulh3Desired Characteristics /h3ulliStrong oral and written communication skills. /liliStrong interpersonal and leadership abilities. /liliAbility to work independently and manage priorities. /liliStrong problem-solving skills. /li /ulh3Work in a way that works for you /h3pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
