What will you be doing? - Detailed knowledge of the menu and being able to articulate enthusiastically. - Know the steps of service as outlined in the service manual. - Make guests feel comfortable and enhance the guest experience. - Inform guests of specials and menu changes. - Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed their expectations. - Supervise the clearing of tables and mise-en-place necessary for the next course. - Monitor and observe guests' dining experience. - Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. - Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
