In delegation of the Project Quality Manager, the Quality Design Specialist, in accordance with the Quality standards of project, is in charge of the:
* Process of deliverables acceptance and release in project (specifications, supplier Request for Quotation and design)
* technical risks control
* verification of the application of Compulsory design rules (technical and requirements Quality in use)
FUNCTIONAL RELATIONS
* Project Quality Manager
* Project team
* R&D : Metafuntions, Technical engineering teams
* Quality Shop Launch Manager
* Plant Quality Team
* Stamping, Welding, BIW, Assembly, Painting technicians
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Project Deliverable Acceptance Process:
* Guarantee the deployment of the Technical Review process (participation, compliance with the rules of listing, participation of any contributor with an Orange or Red rating ...)
* Organizes, plans and animates for the project the Acceptance Review process for specifications (Vehicle Technical Specifications, Design File, RFQ files including Organs Technical Specifications) taking into account the schedules of the supplier choices
* Organizes, plans and animates the process of acceptance by the project of definition deliverables
Control of Technical risks:
* Identifies the technical risks from the engineering trades lessons learned
* Pilot the animations of the technical risks
* Guarantees the effective implementation of risk eradication actions and reports on progress
Compulsory design rules:
* Verify the application of compulsory design rules
* Assist the Quality Manager in the organization of the anomalies treatment on the Project.
* Pilot the progress of detection and treatment of anomalies and ensures convergence by monitoring indicators
ENTRUSTED RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Design Specialist is responsible to achieve the quality objectives of its perimeter of activity:
* Produce the summary and dashboard of its scope within the set deadlines and is responsible for the completeness and relevance of this information.
* Control his activity on the basis of the dashboard and alert the Quality Manager in case of deviation unmanageable by itself
AUTONOMY LEVEL
The Quality Design specialist evaluates which work needs to be accomplished by the adaptation of the standard of each activity to the specific constraints of the Project within a general time assigned and organizes his work stage by stage to achieve the objectives (cf entrusted responsibilities)
SAFETY-CONFIDENTIALITY
Safety of the people and the goods: respect of the security instructions on its workplace (Project space, prototype workshop and Final Factory).
Data subject to discretion: application of the rules of confidentiality of the Project team with respect to the sensitive information: Operational Standard of Development of the Project, technical perimeter of the vehicle, digital style data…
REQUIREMENTS
* General knowledge of the Car (design and manufacturing)
* Knowledge of the operational processes of project management/Quality field
* Necessary knowledge related to the realization of the mission, the fundamental ones, Capacity of animation and conduct of meeting
* Rigour
* Knowledge of the computer tools: office tools, Tool for piloting of the treatment of anomalies (GIM)
* Advanced English Level
