Area Sales Manager Italy, EMEA Aftermarket
We are a global leader in the research, design, manufacture, and distribution of essential engine belt drive systems and aftermarket services for various industries. Our team is dedicated to continuous learning and works together with humility and respect.
We seek a highly motivated and talented Area Sales Manager to contribute to the growth of our Aftermarket division in Italy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Meet sales and profitability objectives;
* Perform direct sales activities according to agreed strategies;
* Evaluate distributor operations and commercial/promotional policies;
* Research new customers and understand their needs and market situation;
* Offer products and supply conditions adapted to regional needs;
* Monitor turnover trends and identify corrective actions when necessary;
* Stay updated on customer deliveries and analyze distribution chain activities;
* Regularly analyze prices and competition conditions.
Requirements:
* Masters or Bachelors degree in Economics, Marketing, or a technical field;
* Good knowledge of English;
* Strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office;
* At least 5 years of sales experience;
* Previous experience in the Aftermarket sector.

Working Conditions:
* Full-remote workplace;
* Residence in Northern Italy preferred but not mandatory;
* Type: Full-Remote with regular travel to customer sites;
* Dayco's EMEA Aftermarket office is located in Burolo, Ivrea (TO).
