PbKey Responsibilities: /b /ppIn coordination with the local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing organizations, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: /pulliForming close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales and demand for Hanwha security products. /liliAchieving set objectives related to sales and product quantity mix through strategic analysis of market opportunities and influencing decision-makers to ensure sales growth. /liliEngaging in strategic planning, including short and medium-term sales planning, market analysis, and liaising with the Hanwha Product Management team to optimize product positioning. /liliManaging and developing a network of partners (integrators and installers) as part of the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme), with responsibility for sales revenue generated through these partners. /liliSupporting Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within assigned regions and vertical markets. /liliEngaging in end-user consultations, liaising with system integrators, updating customers with product information, increasing project pipeline and revenue, and creating new customer projects. /liliReporting weekly on sales and project progress, conducting customer audits, and contributing ideas for marketing plans and new product launches. /liliFocusing on product/channel/customer margin, forecasting accuracy, and achieving budgets and targets. /li /ulpbRequirements: /b /pulliProven track record in a business development or sales role with successful achievement of sales targets in demanding environments. /liliExtensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, especially presenting solutions to end users and consultants/specifiers. /liliAbility to understand customer needs, define solutions, and create professional proposals independently. /liliMarket knowledge within electronic security, IT, and Networking channels. /liliExperience working for a CCTV manufacturer is beneficial but not essential. /liliUnderstanding of new technologies, particularly network video systems and topologies. /liliBusiness or technical degree is advantageous. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. /liliAbility to develop strong relationships internally and externally. /liliIndependent thinking, good judgment, motivation, teamwork, and organizational skills. /liliSolution-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure. /liliStrong communication skills, including presentation abilities at executive levels. /liliFluency in English and at least one European language. /liliValid driving license. /li /ulpbLocation: /b /ppThis is a field-based role; ideally, the candidate will reside in the Milan area or South Italy.
