Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high‑performing sales team across multiple markets within the German region.
- Foster a collaborative and results‑driven culture, providing clear direction and support to team members.
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Market Expansion and Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances to expand market presence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
- Leverage market insights to refine product offerings and contribute to the development of new products/services.
Sales Operations and Execution
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring adherence to best practices and high‑quality customer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to drive seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Utilize data‑driven insights to optimize sales processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze sales metrics, pipeline, and revenue results, providing regular reports to executive leadership.

Budget Management
- Develop and manage the sales budget for the German region, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in a B2B environment, with a strong focus on the EMEA region.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
- Experience in managing and motivating geographically dispersed sales teams.
- In‑depth understanding of the German market, cultures, and business practices.
- Ability to travel as needed within the region and internationally.
- High level of spoken and written business English. Native German language skills.
