What You Will Do : Execute sales strategies with a fierce customer focus to help solve some of the world’s most challenging security problems for our enterprise clients. Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals, focusing on business transaction linearity and pipeline development. Identify and pursue sales opportunities within assigned accounts. Drive business development and pre-sales initiatives, leveraging your industry and technical background. Develop in-depth knowledge of clients’ business priorities, challenges, and initiatives to translate into solution opportunities. Build value-added relationships within the domain of the account to become a trusted advisor. Utilize technology, products, processes, industry expertise, and consultative sales skills to educate customers on solution value. Develop multi-level relationships within accounts, leveraging internal and external resources, including channel partners, to maximize revenue and establish Forescout as a strategic partner. Implement effective account and opportunity management and business planning processes, supported by a virtual team including executives, sales, product management, engineering, and partners. Coordinate with delivery teams to leverage follow-on business opportunities. Attend major project milestones and executive reviews. What You Bring To Forescout : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 8 years in selling technology solutions to C-level executives. Fluent in English and Italian. Experience selling security software solutions such as endpoint, firewall, SIEM, NAC, etc. A track record of success at all levels, from competitions to President’s Club achievements. Strong prospecting and business development skills, with recent success selling to enterprise accounts with over 5,000 employees. Experience working with Global 2000 companies. Proficiency in solution selling multi-product software and hardware solutions. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels within large, complex organizations. Strong negotiation skills to finalize terms, conditions, and pricing with customers and partners. Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across multifunctional teams to meet and exceed targets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
