Job Description
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager for the On trade channel. The identified candidate will report direct to the Italian Country Director and will be responsible for overseeing and developing the Krombacher beer business in the assigned area.
* Account Management: Build and expand strong partnerships with distributors and key accounts.
* Business Development: Identify, win, and activate new distributors and flagship outlets.
* Sales Leadership: Train, support, inspire and engage distributor sales teams to become Krombacher ambassadors.
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Define and deliver sales plans, targets, promotions, and incentives.
* Brand Activation: Ensure strong brand positioning, visibility at POS, and activation of premium outlets.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in industrial beer company in the On trade channel, incl. people management
* Excellent knowledge of the Center of Italy beverage and beer market
* University degree and advanced MS Office application skills
* Native Italian with good English (speaking and writing), German is nice to have
* Strong analytical skills, experienced usage of relevant sources and tools and excellent negotiation skills
* High motivation, customer focus, entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to travel frequently within the territory
